The Path to Health Begins by Questioning Everything:  What is Really in Your food

Every meal tells a story.

Most Fast food, all meat and dairy may seem convenient, healthy, and fulfilling but there is so much behind the packaging.

What is really in your food?

Unhealthy artery clogging fat, saturated and trans fat, additives, hidden sugars, antibiotics, synthetic and animal hormones, pesticides, additives such as nitrates and nitrites, preservatives, heavy metals and environmental toxins, high levels of sodium and sugar, artificial additives, low nutrient density, refined carbohydrates and many more harmful ingredients.

What is really in your food?
Animal cruelty due to overcrowding of cages, unbearable stress, physical abuse by workers, mutilations without pain relief, early separation from their young or mothers, shortened life span. A life of torture and abuse.

All that is hidden from the consumers.

What is really in your food?

Environmental destruction due to massive methane gas, nitrous oxide, and carbon dioxide production, deforestation, enormous water usage for meat and dairy production, soil degradation, pollution due to fertilizers, chemicals, and manures, energy consumption.

What is really in your food?

Unsafe working conditions and worker exploitation, polluting local water and air next to slaughterhouses, harming nearby residents who are often low income…

So next time you have something on your plate, pause and ask: Where did this come from? How was it made? Who did it affect?
