Meet Sepideh—Founder of Ethical Life

When my son was just 9, he made a decision that changed many lives. After watching a documentary about our food system, he saw the truth and the link between what we eat, animal suffering, and the health of our planet. The next day, he decided to stop eating or consuming any animal derived food and products.

It took me a while to understand his choice, but his courage opened my eyes. I began to see how compassion and science could work together and how plant-based living could heal not only our bodies but the world we share. It has been an amazing journey of activism, learning, deep responsibility, compassion and healthy living.
As a doctor of Pharmacy and a certified plant-based nutritionist, I've helped many patients improve and reverse chronic health conditions and reclaim their health through plant-based nutrition.

Ethical Life was born from that awakening, to make wellness effortless, compassionate, and kind. Every gummy vitamin is a step toward a healthier body, a thriving planet, and a world where every choice matters.
